Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory roles
Option 2:
- F.Sc or 3-Year Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE)
- At least 20 years of experience in the drilling field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory positions
Supervisory experience must include:
- Drilling Superintendent
- Driller
- Tool Pusher
- Night Tool Pusher
- Company Man
- Well Site Leader
Key Skills Required
Candidates must have the following expertise:
- Knowledge of safety rules and procedures
- Experience in supervising drilling operations
- Understanding of directional and horizontal drilling
- Handling high-pressure and high-temperature wells
- Loss control in complex zones
