Qualification and Eligibility Criteria

Each position has specific qualification and experience requirements, including but not limited to:

• Director Administration: Master’s degree in Public Administration/HRM with 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Deputy Director Administration: Master’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Horticulture Officer: B.Sc. in Horticulture with at least 5 years of experience.
• Assistant Admin Officer: Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of office management experience.
• Office Support Staff: Matriculation with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Driver: Literate with a valid HTV/LTV license and 5 years of driving experience.
• Gardener: No formal education required; 3 years of gardening experience.

Other positions in marketing, examinations, and quality assurance require relevant degrees (Master’s/MBA/16 years of education) with 2-10 years of specific experience, depending on the role.

General Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken English for several posts.
