اہلیت کی شرائط

متعلقہ سپیشل کوٹہ کیٹیگری سے تعلق رکھنے والے طلباء و طالبات ہئ درخواست دینے کے ا ہل ہیں۔بورڈ آف انٹرمیڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن یا فیڈرل بورڈ آف انٹرمیڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن کے زیر انتظام منعقدہ امتحان 2024 (سالانہ) برائے میٹرک/انٹرمیڈیٹ میں کم از کم (%60) نمبر حاصل کرنے والے طلباوطالبات ۔ صوبہ پنجاب کی حدود میں واقع فیڈرل گورنمنٹ/ پرائیویٹ رجسٹرڈ تعلیمی اداروں کے طلباء و طالبات درخواست دینے کے اہل ہیں ۔ کُل وقتی (ریگولر) رجسٹرڈ تعلیمی ادارہ میں انٹر میڈیٹ یا گریجوایشن 2024 میں داخلہ لیا ہووالدین کی کُل ماہانہ آمدن 60,000 روپے یا اس سے کم ہو ۔ گریڈ 4 – 1 (ایک تا چار) کے سرکاری ملازمین کے بچے 60,000 روپے ماہانہ آ مدن (اگر آ مدن کا زریعہ صرف تنخواہ ہے) کی شرط سے مستثنیٰ ہیں۔ دہشت گردانہ حملوں میں شہید ہونے والے سویلین کے بچے ماہانہ آمدن کی شرط سے مستثنیٰ ہیں ۔میڈیکل کالج میں داخلہ کے خواہش مند طلبہ و طالبات اپنے ایم ۔ڈی- کیٹ کے رزلٹ کارڈ کی کاپی اپ لوڈ کریں

درخواست دینے کا طریقہ کار

 ا پلا لیٗ آن لائن (Apply Online) کے (بٹن) پہ کلک کریں آن لائن درخواست دیتے وقت درست معلومات فراہم کریں _ متعلقہ کیٹیگری کا سرٹیفیکیٹ پی ڈی ایف میں لف کریں (File Size must be 2MB) پی ڈی اف بںاںے کا طریقہ ( کلک کریں ) درخواست فارم پُرکرنے کے بعد دوبارہ پڑھ لیں اور پھر جمع کروائیں

۔ درخواست جمع ہونے کے بعد سکرین پہ نظر آنے والا ڈائری نمبرمزید معلومات اورخط و کتابت کےلئےسنبھال لیں سپیشل کوٹہ کیٹیگری میں شارٹ لسٹ ہونے والے طلباء و طالبات سےادارہ خود رابطہ کرے گاغلط معلومات فراہم کرنے یا نا مکمل درخواست کی صورت میں درخواست مسترد کردی جاےٗ گی اور درخواست گزار کسی بھی کاروائی کا مجاز نہ ہو گا ۔

 سپیشل کوٹہ مطلوبہ کیٹیگری کا سرٹییفیکیٹ لف ںہ کرنےکی صورت میں درخواست پرغور نہیں کیا جاے گاPBTE / TEVTA کے تحت امتحان پاس کرنے والے طلباء وطالبات اس سکالر شپ کے لئے درخواست دینے کے اہل نہیں ہیں ۔ دوسرے صوبوں بشمول آزاد جموں و کشمیر وغیرہ کے طلباء وطالبات بھی درخواست دینے کے اہل نہیں ہیںMarks Improvement / Repeat کرنے والے طلباء و طالبات درخواست دینے کے اہل نہ ہیں۔
