Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences Jamshoro Sindh Admission 2024-2025

Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS), Jamshoro, Sindh, has announced its admissions for the academic session 2024-2025. Online applications are invited from candidates holding domicile of Sindh province for various BS degree programs. The admission window opens from 26th November 2024 to 16th December 2024. Below are the detailed programs and eligibility criteria:

Programs Offered

1. BS Nursing Generic (Morning & Evening) – Four (04) Years
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 50% marks or A-Level equivalent certified by IBCC.
     • Age Limit: 14 to 35 years.
2. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) (Morning) – Five (05) Years
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 60% marks or A-Level equivalent certified by IBCC.
3. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) (Morning) – Five (05) Years
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 60% marks or A-Level equivalent certified by IBCC.
4. BS Degree Programs (Morning) – Four (04) Years
   • Programs:
     • BS Forensic Science in Forensic Biology (BSFB)
     • BS Radiologic Technology (BSRT)
     • BS Medical Laboratory Technology (BSMLT)
     • BS Molecular Biology & Genetics
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 50% marks or A-Level equivalent certified by IBCC.
5. Bio-Medical Engineering Programs (Morning) – Four (04) Years
   • Programs:
     • BS Biomedical Engineering
     • BS Business and Information Technology
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • HSSC (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks or A-Level equivalent certified by IBCC.
6. BS Health Informatics & Management System (Evening) – Four (04) Years
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • At least 50% marks in Intermediate (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Arts, Humanities) or equivalent qualification certified by IBCC.

Application Procedure

Candidates are required to follow these steps for admission:

• Online Application Form: Available on the LUMHS website (www.lumhs.edu.pk).
• Documents Submission: Upload all required documents along with a paid bank voucher.
  • Fee:
    • Non-refundable entry test and processing fee of Rs. 5,000/- for BS Degree Programs.
    • Separate fee of Rs. 5,000/- for BS Biomedical Engineering, BS Business and Information Technology, and BS Health Informatics & Management Systems programs.
• Bank Account Details: Available on the challan form.
• Prospectus: Available on the LUMHS website, which includes details on courses, seats, and fee structure.
• Entry Test Schedule: To be announced later on the LUMHS website.
• Admit Cards: Will be available on the website with test venue, date, and time.
• Entry Test Mode:
  • The test will be Computer-Based Testing (CBT) and conducted at the Examination Center, LUMHS Jamshoro.
