- Rank: Squadron Leader
- Age: 29-35 Years (as of April 25, 2025)
- Training Period: 24 weeks
- Qualification: MBBS with a minimum 2nd division and specialization in:
- Child Specialist: FCPS / MRCP / FRCPCH / Diplomat American Board
- ENT Specialist: FCPS / MRCS (ENT) / FRCS (ENT) / Diplomat American Board
- Eye Specialist: FCPS / FRCS (OPTH) / Diplomat American Board
Medical Branch (GDMOs) – SPSSC
- Rank: Flight Lieutenant
- Age: 24-28 Years (as of April 25, 2025)
- Training Period: 24 weeks
- Qualification: MBBS with a minimum 2nd division from a recognized medical college/university approved by PMDC/PMC. House job completion is mandatory. Preference will be given to those with experience in reputable hospitals.
Medical Branch (Dental Surgeon) – SPSSC
- Rank: Flight Lieutenant
- Age: 23-28 Years (as of April 25, 2025)
- Training Period: 24 weeks
- Qualification: BDS with a minimum 2nd division from a PMDC/PMC-recognized medical college/university. House job completion is required. Preference will be given to those with experience in reputable hospitals.
