Eligibility Criteria and Required Documents
To apply for these programs, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria:
- Certificate of Passing FCPS Part-I
- Sindh Domicile
- MBBS/BDS (as applicable)
- Certificate of CPSP Registration (if already registered)
- Valid PMDC/PMC Registration
- FCPS-II pass certificate (for candidates applying for 1-year fellowship or 2nd fellowship CPSP)
Application Procedure
- Candidates should submit application fee PKR 5,000 (non-refundable).
- Applications should be submitted online through the DUHS website.
- A downloaded application form needs to be submitted to the relevant bank branch by Friday, 8th November 2024.
- The entrance test will be held in December 2024.
Important Points to Remember
Candidates applying for subspecialties must have completed two years in General Medicine or General Surgery by the start of the session. They must also have a completion certificate dated before 31st December 2024.
- Switching tracks after entry will not be allowed for candidates in 2-year, 4-year, subspecialties, or dentistry tracks.
- NOC from CPSP is required if applying from another institute.
- NOC from the Health Department (Govt. of Sindh) is mandatory for in-service candidates.
