Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications:
- Applicants must have an MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized institution.
- A master’s degree (or equivalent 16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Clinical & Allied Medical Health Sciences, or Public Health is also acceptable.
- Registration with relevant accreditation bodies such as PMDC, PNC, or PPC is required.
- Experience:
- Managerial and administrative experience is essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing healthcare facilities, particularly in rural or underserved areas.
- Candidates already working in Basic Health Units (BHUs) are encouraged to apply.
- Financial Stability:
- Applicants must provide a bank guarantee worth at least PKR 0.5 million to demonstrate financial capability for managing and sustaining the health center.

- Valid registration certificates and original documents must be submitted.
- Submission of forged or fake documents will lead to disqualification and possible criminal proceedings.
