CM Punjab Livestock Card Phase 2 Online Registration and Complete Guide
The Punjab government, under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, has launched Phase 2 of the Maryam Nawaz Livestock Card. This initiative aims to empower small-scale farmers and boost the livestock sector in the province. Following the success of Phase 1, the second phase opens from 15th May to 15th June, offering more farmers a chance to benefit from subsidies and modern livestock support.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Livestock Card, farmers must meet the following conditions:
- Ownership of Livestock:
- Minimum 5 and up to 20 animals (cows, buffaloes, goats, or sheep).
- Resident of Punjab:
- Only farmers residing in Punjab can apply.
- Valid Identification:
- CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
- Ownership Record:
- Land ownership documents or proof of livestock possession.
- Mobile Number:
- A valid mobile number is required for SMS updates and registration.
🔔 Note: Farmers who already registered during Phase 1 do not need to register again.
How to Apply for Maryam Nawaz Livestock Card
There are two simple ways to apply for the Livestock Card:
1. Manual Registration
Visit your nearest Livestock & Dairy Development Department office with the following:
- Original CNIC
- Land ownership documents or livestock ownership record
- Valid mobile number
The staff will assist you in completing your registration.
2. SMS Registration
You can also register through SMS by following this method:
- Type your CNIC number without spaces
- Send it to 8070
