1. Computer Operator (BPS-16)
   • Number of Posts: 4 (Open Merit: 3, Women Quota: 1)
   • Qualifications:
     • Second-class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology (BCS/BIT – 4 years) from a recognized university, or
     • Second-class Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a one-year diploma in Information Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
   • Age Limit: 21 to 35 years.
2. PA to Chairman (BPS-16)
   • Number of Posts: 1
   • Gender: Male/Female
   • Qualifications:
     • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or
     • Bachelor’s degree in any other subject with a one-year diploma in Computer Science/IT from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
     • Typing speed: 30 WPM; shorthand speed: 50 WPM.
   • Age Limit: 21 to 35 years.
3. PA to Secretary (BPS-16)
   • Number of Posts: 1
   • Gender: Male/Female
   • Qualifications:
     • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or
     • Bachelor’s degree in any other subject with a one-year diploma in Computer Science/IT from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
     • Typing speed: 30 WPM; shorthand speed: 50 WPM.
   • Age Limit: 21 to 35 years.
4. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
   • Number of Posts: 10 (Open Merit: 9, Women Quota: 1)
   • Qualifications:
     • FA/F.Sc. with at least 2nd division or equivalent from a recognized board.
     • Typing speed of 30 WPM.
   • Age Limit: 21 to 35 years.

How to Apply

1. Online Application:
   • Visit the ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
   • Fill out the application form with accurate details.
2. Deposit Fee:
   • Generate a fee deposit slip after submission and deposit the test fee (non-refundable) through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or any UBL Bank branch.
3. Submission of Application:
   • Keep a printed copy of the application form and fee deposit slip for personal records.
4. Application Deadline:
   • The last date for submission of online applications is 15th January 2025.
5. Test and Roll No Slips:
   • Applicants will be notified via SMS by ETEA regarding the test date and venue. Roll number slips can be downloaded from the ETEA website.

Terms and Conditions

1. Screening Test: Candidates will initially appear for an ETEA screening test. Final scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority.
2. Domicile Requirement: Applicants must hold a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
3. Age Relaxation: As per Government/Board rules, relaxation in age limits may apply.
4. Government Employees: Government employees must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
5. Experience Preference: Government department experience of over one year will be given preference.
6. Typing Test: Passing the typing test is mandatory.
7. No TA/DA: No travel or accommodation allowance will be provided for tests or interviews.
8. Right to Cancel: The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
